Your client list
Save your list as a spreadsheet (.xlsx or .csv) and bring it in from Clients, then Import. LeashOps guesses which column is which, splits two pets in one cell, and shows every row before anything is saved. Nobody gets an email or a text when you import.
An afternoon
Services, team and repeating visits
Your own services and prices, your walkers and sitters, and the Monday-Wednesday-Friday walks that fill themselves in from then on. Walkers open the app from a link, so there is nothing to install.

We set your company up with you: your name and colors, your services and your team. If your old app can't give you a spreadsheet, tell us what it can give you and we'll work it out together.
A first week, one step at a time
The "Getting started" list in the app walks you through the same steps.
- Get your client list out. Download it from your current app as a spreadsheet, or save the spreadsheet you already keep.
- Bring it in. Clients, then Import. Tick the rows you want and fix anything marked Check.
- Add your services and prices. Your own names and rates, with extra fees you can switch on or leave off.
- Add your walkers. Send each one their link. They see their own day and their own pay.
- Put in the repeating visits. Set each standing schedule once and it keeps itself filled in.
- Look at it the way your clients will. Settings, then See what my clients see, shows any owner's app without saving or sending anything.
- Send owners the link. They see your company's name and colors, with nothing to download.
- Run both for a week if you like. When the walks are going through LeashOps, cancel the old one.
Good to know before you switch
Do my clients get a message when I import them?
No. Importing only puts them on your list. You decide when to send them the link.
Can you bring in my visits and prices straight from my current app?
Not automatically yet. Your client list comes in from a spreadsheet; services, prices and repeating visits we set up with you, which usually takes an afternoon.
What about my past visits and old invoices?
LeashOps starts from the day you switch. Keep a download of your old history from your current app for your records; your new visits, pay and bills build up in LeashOps from day one.
Can I keep my old app running while I try it?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Add a card to start, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Will my walkers need training?
Most things take one tap. The app has a ❓ How To guide for walkers, owners and the office, and a real person in Madison answers when something isn't clear.
What if LeashOps isn't right for us?
Cancel any time. We export your data for you, and your nightly backups are already in your inbox.
